How Can fatigue Along With Cough Be Treated?
Last week: slight to moderate sore throat, nasal congestion, yellow green phlegm, sneezing, and slight coughing. This week: no sore throat, less nasal congestion, yellow phlegm, less sneezing, moderate to heavy cough with phlegm, and moderate fatigue.

Hello,
Since you are having a chronic cough you should get a few investigations s done like chest X-ray and sputum examination to know the cause.
It seems you are having lower respiratory tract infection and you need to take an antibiotic course.
You also need to take an expectorant like syrup Viscodyne to relieve a cough and facilitate mucous clearance.
